commission info

Thank you for your interest in my work!
Please read this before ordering:
What I paint
I can paint any subject or scene, but I specialize in characters and creatures from medieval fantasy settings. My experience ranges from simple character portraits to complex narrative scenes and key art featuring multiple figures.
I also enjoy creating fanart.
What I don't paint
Any NSFW or political topics.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing varies depending on complexity, use case and time I have to complete the image. I’ll provide an individual quote after discussing the project details with you. I accept full payment before starting. Payments are only possible through paypal and wire transfer.
Timeline
It's really important to me that the work is the highest quality possible. Depending on complexity, I typically take from 1 week to 3 months to finish an image. I can adapt to your schedule, but if a shorter deadline is needed, I'll have to charge an extra fee.
Process
1. Brief
When you commission me, please send me a short description or brief of what you have in mind.
If you already have something specific in mind, references that reflect your idea are a major help.
2. Sketching
Based on your material, I’ll sketch out up to 6 iterations.
You’ll pick the one you like most, and I’ll take it to a finish.
Additional iterations will cost extra.
3. Revisions
You can request up to two revisions before the final stages of the painting.
I’ll send regular progress updates and let you know once I’m nearing the final stage.
Once the painting reaches that point, changes become more complex and will incur an extra fee.
So please pay close attention to the sketches and progress shots I send you.
If I make a mistake
If I make a mistake, I’ll of course fix it free of charge.
A “mistake” means:
1. A mismatch with your reference and/or brief.
2. A technical issue like perspective or anatomy.
Commercial purpose
If your commission is for commercial use, please let me know in advance. I’ll need to charge a commercial fee.
Changes to the work
Unless we agree otherwise, I don’t allow anyone else to edit or modify my finished artwork.
The quality and integrity of my work are really important to me, and outside edits may alter that.
If you need changes, please reach out to me directly and I’ll handle them.
Cancellations & Refunds
If a client cancels a project before I begin, I’ll issue a full refund minus transaction fees.
Once I’ve started sketching or painting, I reserve the right to keep a partial payment depending on how much work has been completed.
No refunds are possible once the final painting stage has started.
If I have to cancel a commission due to personal circumstances or unforeseen issues, I’ll issue a full refund for any unfinished work.
In such cases, I’ll also send you all progress made up to that point.
How to commission me?
Send me an email with a brief description of your idea and, if possible, reference images that help illustrate what you have in mind.
Once we’ve discussed pricing and timeline, I’ll send an invoice.
Work will start after payment is received.
